About Us
Where it started
Most of what gets sold as "workwear leather" online is thin, mass-produced, and starts falling apart a few months in. We got tired of that, so we started making our own: tool belts, aprons, barber vests, log carriers, and the smaller accessories that go with them.
None of it is designed to just fill out a category page. If it's in the shop, it's because we'd wear it or carry it ourselves, and we're building toward the day it gets handed down instead of thrown out.
How we build it
Every piece starts with certified full-grain leather, which is the toughest layer of the hide and the one that's meant to show a little life over time. We don't try to hide that. The grain, the small marks, the way a strap darkens where your hand rests on it: that's the leather doing what leather does, not a flaw.
Everything is stitched and finished by hand, and treated to hold up against water and everyday wear. Water-resistant, to us, means it shrugs off rain and spills on the job, not that you should leave it out in a storm.
What's in the shop
Right now that's tool belts (with suspenders, because your lower back deserves better), full aprons, barber vests, log carriers, and a growing lineup of accessories like ID holders and rolls: the small stuff that makes a long day a little easier.
“Buying from Eris Mart means picking gear that's supposed to get better with time, not worse. We'd rather you wear it in than wear it out.
